Florian Wimpff is a Managing Partner in the ELF Capital Group investment advisory team. He has more than 13 years of relevant experience in principal investing, corporate finance and restructuring. Florian has a strong track-record of structuring and executing mid-market debt and restructuring transactions across a diverse range of situations (LBO, distress, special situation, corporate, HYB issuance, asset backed). Prior to joining ELF Capital Group, he worked at leading mid-market investment and advisory firms (ESO Capital and Herter & Co). He holds a B.A. from DHBW Stuttgart / Volksbank Plochingen and a MBA from HfWU Nürtingen.
