Liam is a Partner in the Linklaters London restructuring and insolvency team with a particular focus on acting for funds together with financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex cross-border restructurings, recapitalisations, special situations financings and distressed M&A transactions.

During his 15-year career at Linklaters, Liam has spent time in both the Hong Kong and Madrid offices as well as on a 12-month secondment to the special situations team at KKR.
